We don’t want to sell Hollywood but with a new baby I feel awful letting him sit. He is absolutely incredible to ride, very smooth, I almost always rode him in a bareback pad. Western pleasure bred but could go a million different directions. Sound, never injected. He has a considerable amount of training and is in another 30 days getting tuned up. Beautiful mover, WTC. I ride two handed in a snaggle but he has a good handle on neck reining and wouldn’t need much to be proficient. Hauls like a champ, point and shoot he will load himself. Really fun to do groundwork with. Has been put on trails alone and in a group. He’s slow but steady and not spooky. The bot as good side: While I wouldn’t say he HAS to be worked consistently it is what suits him best. He gets silly if he isn’t. Can be pushy, pull his back feet away from the farrier, and not respectful either his head. BUT, all those issues disappear when he’s in consistent work. But because of this I would not recommend him for kids. Had thin soles- I didn’t used to but recently have been keeping him in front shoes and pads and he’s much more comfortable. Will be very picky about where he goes.
