Looking for an amazing home for Einstein.

Einstein is a titled 2018 Warm Springs BLM mustang. He stands at approximately 15.1hh.

Selling him as a trail horse who:

Has been ridden (and galloped) on the beach many times, even occasionally with the coast guard helicopter flying overhead!

Has been on horse camping trips to Quinn Meadow and Nehalem Bay State Park.

Has seen dogs, elk, deer and turkeys and does not mind any of them.

Has been ridden solo on trail rides, or can lead, be in the middle or in the back.

Has seen tractors, quads, cars, and bikes and does not mind them.

Has been taken over small logs and obstacles and takes them in stride.

Has been ridden through rivers and water obstacles and does not mind them.

Can back up, do haunch turns, side passes, forehand turns and can open gates (the latter with patience).

Can walk, trot and canter under saddle and bareback.

Has started developing lateral work and connection.

Has been started over small fences and on cross country.

Can lunge, free lunge and do basic groundwork (though he can be pushy on the ground so is usually best in a bit when lunging).

Is great for bathing, loading, clipping and grooming.

He can be a bit of a handful under saddle and on the ground and requires a firm, experienced and patient rider who can set clear boundaries and work through his opinions.

Overall, he is a very curious horse and is very brave in new circumstances. He is very friendly and interested in what you are up to, he is the type of horse that will come to the gate to greet you or will pause eating to say hello. He is always excited to see his person!

Einstein is for sale as my daughter wants to event and he does not enjoy arena work enough to build up the necessary dressage skills. He also has some mild/extremely mild early arthritis where it was recommended to change pastern angles. This has been completely managed with close attending to his angles and he requires no other maintenance. His working diagnosis is that of a normal horse. Please feel free to ask for the veterinarian records regarding this. Due to this, I believe he would be better suited to a low impact job such as trail riding.
