Buck is a 6 yr old, 14hh hackney/gypsy cross. Originally started for western riding (roping etc), Buck has begun training in dressage and jumping, and seems to much prefer this style of riding. He is currently schooling training level dressage and jumping 2’-2’3” courses, with plenty of scope to go higher in the future. He competed in his first schooling show this weekend and took first in a starter level combined test. Has also popped over some small xc jumps, trail rides and has worked with cattle.
Very easy pony to have in the barn and anyone can handle him. Ties, loads and trailers perfectly. Up to date on shots/coggins. No maintenance, no vices. Barefoot with excellent feet!

While he is small, Buck is not for a beginner or child and would do best with a small adult rider at this time. He is eager to please, but also very sensitive to the aids and can be strong at times. No naughty behavior (buck, rear), just a very forward thinking guy!
