Meet Anson, a 5-year-old bay Friesian / Quarter Horse cross gelding standing 15.2 hands tall with a small star, a cute head, and kind eyes. Anson is a versatile, smooth-moving partner with a steady disposition that makes him an absolute pleasure for personal or family use.
Driving & Farm Experience: Anson has been driven single and as part of a team. He has practical farm experience raking hay and is well-accustomed to work routines.
Riding & Arena Skills: Highly trained under saddle, Anson picks up both leads, moves seamlessly off seat and leg pressure, and navigates obstacles with confidence. He rides in English tack, pops over jumps, and features smooth, easy gaits.
Trail & Desensitization: Confident on trails and roads without spooking easily. He is thoroughly desensitized to exotic farm animals, including llamas, pigs, camels, longhorns, sheep, goats, and more.
Veterinary Inspection: Backed by an official physical exam from King Veterinary Clinic (Dr. Alex Hegg) dated March 25, 2026. The exam noted healed splints in both forelimbs with the remainder of the examination within normal limits. He was observed at a walk and trot with no lameness detected and certified as a sound, healthy horse.
