SF Sparkling Sigi
Meet SF Sparkling Sigi, a 13 -year-old dark bay Oldenburg gelding with an exceptional background in eventing and serious potential as a dressage horse.
Imported from Europe, Sigi successfully competed through the 2* eventing level and has extensive experience in dressage, show jumping, and cross country. He is currently actively training advanced dressage movements and schooling Third and Fourth Level tests, showing exciting potential to continue developing as a dressage horse with the right rider and program. He has the talent and quality to be a future St. Georges prospect.
Sigi is a beautiful mover with smooth, expressive, correct gaits and a natural ability to collect and develop more advanced work. He consistently performs well in dressage and genuinely enjoys learning and working. His combination of movement, experience, rideability, and willingness to please makes him a particularly exciting prospect for someone looking to develop a competitive dressage partner.
Beyond the dressage arena, Sigi is an experienced and accomplished eventing horse. He is brave, careful, honest, and extremely reliable, with extensive show jumping and cross-country experience.
His temperament is truly one of his greatest qualities. Sigi is kind-hearted, affectionate, calm, and exceptionally trustworthy. He is wonderful with children and riders of all ages and would suit a Junior, Amateur, or experienced rider looking for a safe, confidence-building horse with the talent to progress.
Sigi has taken me from my very first competition all the way to 1 eventing*, earning numerous placings and accomplishments along the way. Throughout every stage of my development, he has been a true teacher — building my confidence, skills, and understanding of the sport.
Ending a partnership with a heart horse is never easy. Sigi has given me so much, and I know he has so much more to give. It would be unfair not to allow his incredible talent, experience, and character to continue shining with a new rider.
This is not an ending, but a new beginning — an opportunity for Sigi to become an exceptional dressage partner and future St. Georges prospect, or to continue his successful career in eventing with someone who wants a truly special horse.
He shaped me as a rider and brought me to where I am today. He is, and always will be, the horse of my life. I will forever be grateful for everything he has taught me and for every experience we have shared.
Now, it is time for a new chapter for both of us — and for Sigi to find his next person.
