2023 Buckskin Quarter/Morgan Mare This 3 year old filly is 15h and started under saddle(10 rides). She is respectful to handle, catches easily, loads, ties, and trims. She is super friendly and likes to be around people. Solana spent her early years out on the range so she is sure footed and knows how to navigate wyoming terrain. If you love a long mane she’s your girl. If you like a horse who is sensitive to her riders cues and more forward, you will like her. She is a quick learner and easy to be around. Full disclosure she did kick a tractor bucket 8 weeks ago and is still healing from a quarter crack in the hind. This has been carefully cared for by both vet and farrier and is healing nicely. She is currently wearing a bar shoe to protect the crack as it regrows. Only reason for sale is life changes and will not have a good place to house her in the future. Located in Meeteetse Wy
