2019 Imported Grey Fell Pony Mare | Supreme Champion and Former FPSNA 'Fell Pony of the Year' | FIS Clear

Some ponies are purchased. Others become part of a family's story for generations.
Lammerside Ayla is quite simply one of the most exceptional Fell Ponies we have had the privilege of offering over our 20+ year career with the breed.
Hand selected by Dream Hayven & imported from the UK as a young filly, this breathtaking grey mare combines the finest qualities of the traditional Fell Pony with a temperament that is nothing short of extraordinary.
A Supreme Champion, proven broodmare, and daughter of the prolific English mare Stockleylane Annie, Ayla possesses the pedigree, presence, and accomplishments to satisfy even the most discerning equestrian. Yet her greatest attribute cannot be measured in ribbons or bloodlines, it is her remarkable character.

Ayla is that exceedingly rare pony who can be enjoyed by the entire family. "Husband-safe", "child-safe", "grandchild-safe", and blessed with an exceptionally sensible, forgiving disposition, she is the kind of trustworthy companion that families spend years hoping to find. And at just under 14HH, is the perfect height for nearly any rider.

She is equally comfortable ridden English or Western, enjoying a leisurely afternoon ride, negotiating jumps, crossing water, or participating in a local hunt. From county show rings to the countryside, Ayla has truly been there and done that. Her manners are impeccable. She is wonderful for the farrier, unbothered by the veterinarian, and an absolute pleasure to handle and enjoy.

Her rare pedigree is simply the icing on the cake, with a bloodline that is exceptionally difficult to obtain in North America. But what makes Ayla truly priceless is not simply where she comes from or what she has accomplished. It is what she can mean to the family fortunate enough to call her their own.

We believe there is no comparable Fell Pony mare currently offered on the North American continent. Offered exclusively by Private Treaty, a substantial investment will be required; commensurate with Ayla's exceptional quality, rarity, accomplishments, and extraordinary temperament.

We are seeking a truly exceptional, permanent home where she will be cherished and appreciated for the remarkable individual she is. Five-star homes and serious, qualified inquiries only.
