Sofia is a beautiful 5-year-old registered Drum Horse mare with an exceptional temperament, wonderful ground manners and the kind of friendly personality that makes her a pleasure to be around.

Standing approximately 16 hands, Sofia is a substantial, attractive buckskin mare with a lovely Drum Horse presence.

Her temperament is truly one of her greatest qualities. Sofia is extremely calm and safe on the ground, friendly, people-oriented and very easy to work with. She has been well handled throughout her life and has excellent manners for everyday handling.

She leads, ties, stands well for handling and is good with her feet. She is respectful, sensible and eager to cooperate.

Sofia has not yet been started under saddle, so she is being offered as an excellent prospect for someone wanting to continue her education. With her quiet nature, willingness and extensive handling, we believe she should make a very straightforward and enjoyable mare to start.
