Vendetta
Looking for the horse to trail ride saturday and show on sunday? meet V! Vendetta is a stunning, willing and bold young Andalusian mare, standing at a stocky 15.1, at 3.5 years old. don’t be fooled by her name, her only vendetta is with rides during dinner time.
V is being started slowly and intentionally, ensuring she is being given a solid foundation and time to mature physically. With roughly 20 rides under her belt, she is proving to have the qualities to be the ultimate amateurs horse.
She has a solid walk, trot and canter under saddle, has been ridden by an adult amateur, has ridden out on trails alone and with others, and spent her 13th ride competing locally in Intro A.
Whenever she is given extended time off from riding/strenuous physical work (anywhere from one-five weeks at a time) she has not required any lunging or mental exercises prior to riding, aside from a couple of reminders to stand until you give the “walk” cue at the mounting block.

V does maintain her own energy, however does occasionally think cues are optional and takes encouragement to get going. She does stay in-front of the leg once the boundary is set.
She has a lovely ground covering walk, an adjustable trot and a comfortable canter.
V does not act marish at all, I rarely ever notice if she’s in season. she still has the curious and adolescent-like personality of a young horse.
She loads very well and hauls quietly, is a bit needle shy but is wonderful for the vet otherwise, including standing on radiograph blocks, and stands well for the farrier if held. She is currently barefoot, and lives on weighed hay portions and ration balancer as she is an extremely easy keeper.

I am only selling V as I feel, as a professional, it would be selfish to keep such an amazing young horse as her! She is SO special and is going to make someone so happy, whether your plans are to compete or ride for pleasure.
