Stands on cross-ties for grooming, saddling and bridling. Stands at mounting block. Excellent ground manners, respectful of space. Not marish, sweet personality. Lunges, bathes, clips, sprays, loads and travels well, picks up all feet. Has front shoes. Sandy is good in a stall or turned out. No cribbing, doesn't test fences. Turned out in a mixed herd, lower in herd dynamic. Easy to catch. Comes right up to you in the paddock. Gentle in hand, respectful of personal space. Enjoys spending time with her people. Good brain. No known vices, health issues or maintenance. Good in new environments. Exposed to wildlife, dogs, vehicles and farm equipment. Would make a great first horse, kids horse or an excellent addition to a therapy program as her size can accommodate a wide variety of different riders. Good for vet and farrier.
