Let's talk comfort. Looking for a ride you can do for hours and not feel it the next day? Have back, knee or neck problems? Looking for a steady, level headed trail partner? As a breed Missouri Fox Trotters are gentle, calm, intelligent and eager to please, making them perfect for beginners, children and riders with back, knee or neck issues. Jeff is a gentle giant that was owned by a 70yr old woman who unfortunately passed away. This handsome boy is a gentleman on the ground and is full of personality. Walks right up to you in the paddock. Sweet personality gets along with mares and geldings. Stands on cross-ties for all grooming, saddling and bridling. Picks up his feet like a gentleman, currently barefoot. In the arena Jeff has beautiful movement and smooth comfortable gaits. W/t/c's, has both leads, stands at the mounting block, works in a snaffle, rides both English and Western. Brave on trails, goes alone or with others, leads or follows. Crosses water, logs, not spooky. Lunges, clips, bathes, loads/unloads, travels well, good in new enviroments. Can be stalled or turned out, no cribbing or testing fences. Good for the vet and farrier. Exposed to farm equipment, wildlife, vehicles and dogs. No rear, buck, bite or kick. Would be a perfect fit for a therapy program as his size can carry a variety of riders. Jeff comes with our signature 30-day exchange policy to ensure the perfect match for both horse and rider. PPE's welcome at buyers expense. Shipping can also be arranged. Contact us today to meet this gentle boy.
