14.3hh stunning tobiano buckskin paint gelding. Buck is a fantastic trail horse who is as steady as he can be out on trail regardless of bikes and wildlife popping up. Loads, loves water for baths and play, stands for trimming. He is barefoot and rides in a side pull and a standard Imus 4beat saddle. I only get this guy out once a month on average and the sassiest he gets is a little fast walk/jog in the first 5 minutes. With a couple of circles, he calms down. He will side pass to mount from anything out on trail. To solid home only. Due to a lot of questions in this vein, I will add that Buck is not a push button beginner horse if you are a nervous rider. He isn’t a difficult ride, but he is forward which may make newer riders uncomfortable. For this reason, whether he is suitable for a youth rider is also highly dependent on the youth and supervision while riding. He would not do well in a battle of wills with a young rider. A steady handed, intermediate, confident rider young or old would have a lot of fun with him.
