Shortcake is a 2019 sensible BLF bred and raised Welsh pony gelding. Sire, Better Than Gold and Dam, our sweet Tiramisu. A very smart boy! Shortcake currently walk, trots, canters and jumps alone or in company. Levelheaded and confident to ride. He has been ridden on trails, in parades, in the indoor and outdoor rings and even used in our lesson program with intermediate and advanced riders. He has both leads, and no vices. Shortcake lunges, free schools, ties, walks through water, stands for farrier, easy to clip and has rope halter handling experience. He is very brave and laid back, yet has a sweet and goofy personality. We really love this pony and he really loves trail riding! Beautiful barefoot feet and keeps a very neat stall.
