Phoenix is a gorgeous chestnut Tobiano mare who stands 14.2h. Phoenix is a wonderful riding mare. She has been ridden on the road and never spooks. She is very willing to please under saddle and while working on ground work. Phoenix ties, stands, loads, bathes and lifts her feet for the farrier with no issues. She loves attention and being groomed. Phoenix has a beautiful double mane and no shortage of feathering! She has a ton of feathering that is really thick. Phoenix has had 3 foals. Her most recent was a gorgeous filly born in 2023. She is currently open. She is a very easy keeper and needs a job to help keep her in good body condition. Phoenix is very safe around children. My young kids go in the pasture and groom her and ride their bikes around her. My son, 6 years old, has ridden her without assistance and he has no experience riding at all. Phoenix lunges herself in the round pen without needing a lunge line or whip. She just goes off of sound and body language and when asked to stop she will turn in and step towards me. She is a really lovely mare. I'd love to see her go to a home where she will be enjoyed. She has never had any health issues and no issues at all with her feet. I was told she is trained under harness but I have never worked with her on that.
