Juni is a 6-year-old registered AQHA mare with old foundation bloodlines including Hancock, Sunfrost, Driftwood, and Blue Valentine. Thoughtfully developed since she was two, she’s sound, well-built, and ready for her next chapter with an intermediate or advanced rider. She is a finished backcountry trail horse—safe, seasoned, and steady. Juni has packed hundreds of miles through mountains, desert, rocky ridges, and tight single track. She rides out confidently alone or in a group, has packed a full load, ponied and been ponied, and handles busy roads, dogs, and traffic with a calm, grounded mind. She has also roped and moved large herds of cattle on ranches, giving her valuable ranch experience alongside her trail miles. Trail is where she shines, but she also has the build and ability to step into ranch or roping work. Juni is sound with no history of lameness, goes barefoot in winter and wears front shoes in summer, and stands well for trims. She’s up to date on vaccines and deworming, and due for a dental float this fall. She has traveled to Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, and Montana, hauling like a pro, settling quickly, and adjusting easily to new environments on the road. Well-bred, seasoned, and versatile, Juni is ready to be someone’s trusted partner on the trail or ranch! If you’re interested or have questions, feel free to call or text Bailey Stevenson (I’ve listed Juni on behalf of her owner). I’d be happy to set up a time for you to come meet her! 541-seven seven one-6208 Feel free to reach out to me or look Juni up on "Groundwork Collective" to see more about her.
