Major is a 6yr old, big bodied 17h Bay TB gelding with a hint of chrome! Used for lessons with WTC courses (major scope) and automatic changes, Fox hunts, cross country, and trails with company or alone. Brave and enjoys to lead. He has been shown by a 14yr old in low level dressage.
Major is happy with Amateur riders in the arena. Not a push ride, but is definitely in no hurry with his slow rolling canters. He excels at fox-hunting and will always jump when pointed at a coop or log and has nice brakes, but can be higher energy and is best suited for a confident rider off property.
He stands when tied, and is quiet for the vet and farrier. Good with cows, dogs, goats, etc. He is up to date on teeth, vaccinations, Coggins, etc. Currently wearing a full set, but has worn less and has been fine, with zero lameness issues. He has a healed splint that gives him zero limitations. Healed x-rays are available to serious inquiries.
