Meet "Lucky", registered name with Jockey Club is Conversate. He is an 11 year old 16.1 hand bay OTTB. Raced 3x as a 4 year old and has been a trail and lesson horse since then. Very sweet disposition on the ground. Is gentle with kids. Stands, loads and ties well. Has been in training since I've had him and has been ridden in the round pen, arena and on the trails on property. Rides well in a group. He does have some buddy sour/separation anxiety but nothing some additional training can fix. He needs more miles and a more confident rider. We are selling because we are quarter horse people and he is a bit too much horse for me and my kiddos to ride. I have his recent PPE from 3 months ago. He does have mild spinal changes but was not a candidate for surgery and his spine did not palpate painful. Since being with me he has had massage and chiropractic appts as well as kept up to date on feet trims. He is a good boy but needs a more experienced rider who will enjoy him.
