Sweetheart mare ready for a new partner-in-crime at any discipline. Successful show miles in BN & Nov Eventing and .90m Jumpers. Enjoys indoor & outdoor trail, beach rides. We believe she would make a successful Foxhunter, Dressage Mount, or Working Equitation prospect. She's even gone Western and adapted seamlessly, not phased by dogs, cows, or alpacas. Extremely comfortable gaits, auto changes, and a good foundation of lateral work including leg yields, travers, renvers, & beginning counter-canter and half passes. Riders should be at Intermediate level because she expects them to be straight, symmetrical, and soft - and if you are not she will share her "opinion" with an occasional kick out, tail swish, lead swap, or buck, so not appropriate for true beginners (although she's happy to teach kids how to post on simple lunge line lessons!). She can hack around in a big open field by herself, and behaves herself in a crowded warm-up arena. If you decide to let 'er rip on cross country - the good news is once you downward transition, she's immediately sane and mellow again, and you can walk back to your stall on the buckle, and she'll basically ground tie as you untack (and requests gummy bears please!) Very polite ground manners, she will stand to be groomed and doted on, crossties, bathes, clips, vacuums, spray bottles, are all fine in her world - the one thing she doesn't like at shows is the Water Truck. At home she can handle either group or solo turnout, generally bottom on the pecking order. Extremely sound, big boned, food feet, potential for only front shoes, barefoot in back. Registered and microchipped, UTD on wormers, vax, annual dental, and X-rays on file with local sport horse clinic. Does require some preventative ulcer treatments, and prefers hauling in specific spot. Lots of gear (blankets and tack) can potentially be made available upon request. The right match is of upmost importance - not in a rush to find someone but curious if there's a Cinderella out there looking. 😁. In-Barn Lease at Satinwood Farm covers standard shoeing, vax, dental, insurance, prevent ulcer treatment, and monthly PT. Additional requirement of lessons/training with InTune Eventing is NOT included in this fee: • Half ($600/mo) plus Lessons/Training • Full ($1200/mo) plus Lessons/Training Out of barn lease at approved facilities at $500 mo plus all horse care expenses (board/lessons/training). I am not advertising her as "For Sale" as I want to keep tabs on her and make sure she has the best home, but I potentially would consider a Lease-To-Own for the right situation.
