Onyx has been around children, mules, chickens, traffic and is great with everything. She is so gentle around kids !! Rides out alone and not spooky. Easy to catch, good in the pasture with others, great with farrier. This mare is just super nice and sweet.
She has a smooth running walk but doesnt really rack. She is soft in the mouth and really easy to ride. Stands for mounting from the ground or mounting block. You can pony young horses with her also.
