Gorgeous talented Shire gelding seeking a partner that can take him all the way to the top. Light and responsive to the aids and with rhythmic, suspended gaits. This big guy excels in the dressage ring and will just continue to get better and better. Winston rides English, Western, drives single and in a pair. Has been shown quite a lot and really shines in the ring. Has been trail ridden as well.

Well mannered on the ground, responds appropriately to pressure, good with his feet and loves to be groomed. Very good for the vet, farrier, dentist and chiropractor. Good for clipping and vacuuming, enjoys bath time, will single tie and cross tie and is very good in the trailer. Lives his best life out 24/7 with access to a barn/shelter. Gets along with mares and geldings. Easy keeper with no maintenance. Healthy, sound and current on vaccinations, farrier and dental. Barefoot, trimmed every 6 weeks. Has worn front shoes with no issues but does not require them.

Has been shown in pleasure driving single and pairs - always in the ribbons. Was shown both English and Western dressage (Intro level both English and Western) and scored in the 70's consistently. High marks on gaits and harmony in particular. High percentage and high point champion in both disciplines regularly. Lateral and canter work was started this year. This boy has been started slowly and correctly.

Was a driving demo horse for BreyerFest 2023 at the Kentucky Horse Park and performed in front of large crowds to music. Was involved in meet and greets with swarms of people surrounding him and just drank in the attention. With his size, would recommend a confident advanced rider or intermediate rider working with a trainer. Would do well in a busy boarding environment as he likes activity and loves to be the center of attention. Owner will be very picky about where he goes. Only reason for sale is owner's age and would like to see him advance more than what the owner is physically capable of.
