Ruth is a 4 year old, grade, quarter horse/Tennessee walking horse cross. We have not measured her but estimated she is around 14-14.2 hands high and is an easy keeper. Ruth has been started on foundational ground skills like roundpenning, yielding hindquarters, lateral flexion, and giving to poll pressure; Ruth is also desensitized to a multitude of stimuli. She is a good citizen but still has some young horse behaviors. Ruth would thrive with an experienced horse owner who is ready to start her under saddle or just enjoy a pasture pet. Ruth does have a large scar on her hind right fetlock/pastern where she got tangled in a fence as a yearling. She does not show signs of lameness from this injury. Asking $3,000 obo.
