Hi, I’m Tucker 👋

I’m a 6-year-old BUCKSKIN Quarter Pony gelding standing a mighty 13.3 hands.
Am I tall? No.
Do I know that? Also no. 😂
I’m stout, buckskin, adorable, and apparently built like someone accidentally put a full-size horse on pony legs. I personally see nothing wrong with this.
I’ve been on lots and LOTS of trail rides, and at this point in my life, very little impresses me.
Suspicious rocks? Whatever.
Flapping bags? Seen it.
Barking dogs? Not my problem.
While other horses may be filing a formal complaint because something moved in the shadows, I’d prefer to keep walking and mind my own business.
And here’s another thing my humans keep bragging about: I’m great for beginners. I’m the kind of guy who takes care of my rider instead of looking for creative ways to make them question their life choices. 😂 I’m steady, sensible, forgiving, and happy to just cruise along. You don’t need to be a professional cowboy to enjoy me—you basically just need to know which end faces forward.
Now, let’s talk about my ground manners, because apparently they’re kind of a big deal.
My humans say they’re the best they’ve ever seen. Personally, I thought this was just how a gentleman was supposed to behave. 😂
I cross-tie like a professional, pick up my feet easily, stand patiently for the farrier, bathe beautifully, and absolutely LOVE being groomed and fussed over. I’m respectful, easy to handle, and just plain enjoyable to have around.
Basically, if there were an award for ground manners, you could just put Tucker on the trophy. 🏆
I’m also a fantastic size for kids, beginners, or smaller adults who want something stout and sturdy without needing a ladder, oxygen tank, and weather report just to get in the saddle. 😂
